Missing Grandpa Wayment.....

31 Years ago today my Grandpa Wayment died. I wish that I could have spent more time with him. I was almost 6 when he died, so it's hard to remember much about him. My mom tells me about the fun things we did together, still I wish I could remember! It makes me sad for my own children growing up without my dad. I hope they can remember more than I can.....

Dee Wade Wayment Feb. 10 1919-feb. 28 1977. I love & miss you Grandpa!

Pony Girl....

'
I have finally figured out the trick to getting ponytails in Emma Jayne's hair.......giving her a sucker! She'll settle down long enough that I almost get it straight. Here she is talking to Grandma on the phone, then goofing around with her "game" after.

Happy Valentines!!!

We had a crazy Valentines day this year. Mason had Broncitis, so he missed his class party. Luckily, Grandma Sue came to visit so I could run up to the school to drop off his Valentines and pick up the one's from his classmates. Grandma also brought out some cute cards and "Webkinz" animals for the kids. Mason had a great time setting up his Webkinz, a frog that he named (what else) "Froggy"! Emma Jayne wore her cute dress that Gma bought for her birthday and loved eating Mason's candy! Another milestone: Colter actually went to the school Valentines dance! He said he didn't dance, but I wonder.........

Emma's 2nd birthday!

She can't be two already! We celebrated Emma Jayne's 2nd birthday party on Saturday, January 26th. It was a great party, complete with an Elmo cake and balloons. She loved all of her gifts and playing with all of the kids. We can't believe how fast she is growing..... she's still pretty short, but we know she's getting older! She is our little pride and joy and we couldn't love her more!
